These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShipCheck ("the App", "we", "our"), a Shopify application that helps merchants test and validate shipping rate configurations. By installing or using ShipCheck, you agree to these Terms.
ShipCheck allows Shopify merchants to simulate shipping rate calculations across multiple products, addresses, and shipping zones. The App detects anomalies such as unexpected free shipping, missing rates, and price jumps, and provides tools for saving test suites and exporting results.
Access to ShipCheck is provided through Shopify's OAuth authentication. You must have a valid Shopify store and install the App through the Shopify App Store or a direct installation link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account.

ShipCheck offers a free plan and paid plans. All billing is handled exclusively through the Shopify Billing API. We do not collect payment information directly. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Plan upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify's billing policies.
Your use of ShipCheck is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
ShipCheck and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by ShipCheck and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your test data and simulation results remain your property.
ShipCheck is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that shipping rate simulations will exactly match live Shopify checkout calculations, as rates may depend on real-time carrier APIs, custom scripts, or other dynamic factors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShipCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your use of ShipCheck at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation, all your data is permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify merchants of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
